Come with blanket, pillow and an open mind. Here there is nothing you can do wrong. We lay down cover up and follow my directions as we enter a state of being below the busy mind. In this intensive we use only 1 intention for the entire 11 sessions. This experience has proven to be LIFE CHANGING!
