Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and it is a deeply relaxing and revitalising experience. It is said that in sleep you cannot control your dreams but in Yoga Nidra you are master of your dreams. It is sometimes referred to as lucid dreaming, that magical state when you are between conscious awareness and sleep. In this state the mind is open to planting your sankalpa (resolution) and it is said that the sankalpa made during Yoga Nidra is bound to come true in your life.
Sound healing is founded on the premise that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies. Science has proven that sound, or vibration, has a strong impact upon substance.
