Yoga Nidra Workshop
Come along to learn the underpinnings of Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) and experience it for yourself. It's a great way to unwind, relax, and connect to your truest intentions!

Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’, is an ancient practice of guided relaxation that boasts benefits such as improved sleep, lower stress levels, emotional and psychological healing, and much more. Students will experience a systematic relaxation of the body, visualisations, affirmations, and deep conscious sleep. If you can lie in savasana, you can do yoga nidra—no experience required!
In this 2-hour workshop, we will learn how to set a purposeful sankalpa (intention) and briefly explore the koshas (our energy layers) in order to fully understand the yoga nidra process. We will then put our knowledge into practice with a 45-minute yoga nidra session, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated!
