Yoga, Nordic Walking and Mindfulness Fusion in the Forest
A beautiful way to experience "me time" out in the New Forest. This fusion evolved from my love of practicing Yoga in Nature combined with the unique attributes of Nordic Walking.
Type of Event
We will meet at The Hobler Inn which has a large carpark, free to use.
Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to develop our fitness and dovetails beautifully with Yoga - the more present we can be with the practice, the more we will get out of it.
Weather permitting we will use headphones so that participants can hear the guidance for a mindful practice, Pranayama techniques etc. while walking at their own pace. My aim is to facilitate a deeply personal experience.
Please wear appropriate gear and ideally walking boots with a good degree of flexibility. There is mud along the way and wellies are not suitable for Nordic Walking!
No experience of Yoga or Nordic Walking is necessary but but it's helpful if you have some experience of walking with poles and you will want to be happy walking for an hour at a reasonable pace.
