Are you breathing right?
Learn the fundamental breathing techniques of asana and pranayama practice.
We will learn how to properly engage the technique of ujjayi breathing to enhance and guide an asana practice.
We will learn how to use ujjayi breathing to increase breath capacity and how to use our breath to facilitate movement (and how to use movement to facilitate our breathing).
And we will learn basic seated pranayama breath centred practices to clear the mind and settle the sympathetic nervous system.
A guided meditation will end the workshop off.
