Yoga on the Beach
Spa Shiki is hosting Yoga on the Beach during the month of June! Starting June 6, every Tuesday at Thursday at 6:30 certified yoga instructor Charis Patires will lead an hour-long yoga class for all levels on the beach at the Lodge of Four Seasons.

Spa Shiki is hosting Yoga on the Beach during the month of June! Starting June 6, every Tuesday at Thursday at 6:30 certified yoga instructor Charis Patires will lead an hour-long yoga class for all levels on the beach at the Lodge of Four Seasons. Cost is $10 per class. Waivers and payment will be taken at the beach.
The beach is located in front (on the Lake side) of the Seasons Bay rooms, a building located off to the side of the main Lodge. Take the steps down to the beach.
In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors to the movement room of the Lodge, located on the same level as Spa Shiki. A limited number of mats are provided.
