Full Description

Theme: postural alignment

A total change of scenery for this retreat of ten days
which will take place the first week within a private resort in Tanaban
in the middle of the terraced rice fields and which will end at
the seashore of the Indian Ocean, in Sanur, with possibility
of numerous aquatic sports ( 3 nights).

Days will begin with a meditation session in a space reserved within the resort or on the beach of Sanur.

And then, every day, a Pilates and a Yoga class will be proposed to you in a complementary way. So, the Pilates class of morning will favor, the understanding of the postures of the afternoon (learn to mobilize your deep abdominal, the opening of the hips and the ribcage etc…)

The evenings will end by a meditation session followed by a conference or a movie.

During our stay in Tabanan, we propose you 5 hikes in the middle of rice fields accompanied by a local guide (approximately 2 hours of walking).

Furthermore, we planned an excursion in the temple of Batukaru lost in the middle of the jungle, far from touristic places, which will also make you discover the village of Jatiluwih classified World Heritage by Unesco, because it has the most beautiful agricultural domain of terraced rice fields of the island.

Our journey will end in Angseri, a place of balneotheray renowned for its hot springs.

In Sanur besides the pleasures of the sea , numerous excursions as well as shopping will await for you.

Bonus : Three reflexology workshop by Jaya Bharati during your stay in Sanur (included in the retreat).

We simply ask you for enthusiasm and a desire to share this retreat with the other. participants (approximately about ten) and to be in good physical condition.
