Led by Tash Sekar, the focus of this practical workshop will be on deconstructing fundamental yoga poses to help you achieve correct alignment in postures and gain other insights to deepen your practice. To maintain a safe and healthy practice, good habits in alignment, breath and concentration are vital.

This workshop will benefit beginner-level students as well as experienced practitioners wanting to refresh the fundamentals. From downward facing dogs to chaturangas, we will explore, play and learn together.
