Yoga: Precise Alignment
Nina Echegaray will be offering a special 2-hour workshop fine tuning yoga postures. For those of you who like to go deep and love the benefits of optimal alignment, this is not to be missed.
Type of Event
Nina will cover the main standing poses, basic twists, sitting poses, and forward bends. Attention to detail, proper alignment, and sequencing of poses will be emphasized as a way to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and greater endurance. We will conclude with deep relaxation.
This workshop is open to all levels -beginners to experienced students who wish to deepen their practice or explore the Iyengar method.
