You will learn self-massage technique's to increase range of motion and increase stability, all while utilizing your breath.
Workshop will be with Zen Body's Licensed Massage Therapist Caroline Meek's. This is her 4th workshop of this kind. She has been a Massage Therapist for 6+ years, practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching yoga for 5 years.
