Duration of the event: 5/5/2018 to 5/24/2018
Come with us for 21 days of harmonization and inner discovery, unified by the wonderful practice of yoga, in the middle of the mountains at the feet of a magical waterfall, all that under the millenary energy of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

In a beautiful bio-construction retreat center surrounded by a variety of flowers, native herbs and streams of water of musical background that provide a peaceful and meditative natural environment. Join us in a beautiful journey.

The main objectives of the training are:

2 - Ayurveda: Ayurvedic medicine offers a complete plan to maintain or restore the natural balance of the person. It is a life plan that includes diverse actions that complement, from natural diet, physical activity plan, mental harmony techniques and the use of herbs, among others.

3 – Meditation
