Our Saturday morning yoga sessions and workshop ends at 12:30 on Saturday, and you will be free to discover the Island by bike, car, or free shuttle. We gather at 6pm for dinner and evening session.

REFRESH & REJUVENATE YOGA ESCAPES
Friday-Sunday, September 27- 29, 2019

Our mission is to provide an amazing location of peace and serenity, coupled with an atmosphere that promotes healing and encourages fresh vision. Inspiring you to restore and rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit so as to awaken to the Self within, and live fully with vitality, peace, and joy.

Tasha and Candy will be offering four yoga sessions, and two workshops. All are designed to
foster compassion for self, and to get in touch with your inner knowing, As the inner critic in our minds softens, we begin to experience inner peace. As self compassion grows…compassion for others grows along with it.

You will commune with kindred spirits: Yoga is the practice of uniting. You will be around like-minded people with whom you can connect with on a deeper, soul level. You will be surrounded by people who are committed to the benefits of mindfulness and of unifying their whole selves.

Our morning sessions ends at 12:30 on Saturday, and you will be free to discover the Island by bike, or by car, or free shuttle. Jekyll is a sweet little Island with a wonderful historic district, and beautiful beaches. There are also seaside restaurants and shops. Or you may choose to sit under the oak trees poolside and journal, or walk on the beach. We will meet back up for dinner at 6pm.

Bring your yoga mat, and comfortable clothes so you can move your body.
