Day 1 Early afternoon arrival, relax and settle in, meet with the Yoga Teacher at a 3.30pm introduction. Optional afternoon class at 4.30 pm.

Full Description

About Tara Sandra : I am French Swiss, fluent in English, and live in Asia since the last 25 years where I had the chance to meet the Buddhist Dharma and the joys of Yoga. For over two decades I dedicate my life to meditation practice, including regular and extensive periods of time in solitary meditation retreat.

For fourteen years I am studying and practicing Yoga. My teaching emphasizes alignment, and breath and awareness and is nourished with heart and joy. I am influenced by the great Masters BKS Iyengar and Sivananda, and introduce Vinyasa flow inspired from Sharon Gannon and David Life of the Jivamukti. All my classes are adapted to the capabilities of the students, I am offering a safe and encouraging support to deepen everyone’s ability.

Over the years I have taught in variety of locations like Goa in South India, Switzerland, Thailands premier health resort Chivasom, the Four
Seasons in Chiang Mai, Basunti in India, for 6 years at the Yoga Studio, Chiang Mai, and I now participate in Yoga Teacher Trainings at Dance Yoga in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and am always delighted to come back at Talalla retreat, my home in Sri Lanka.
