About teachers:

Snezana moved to Berlin in 2005 and studied at the Faculty of Psychology, primarily interested in research on the effects of meditation and spiritual experiences on the neuro-physiological level. After the birth of her second son in 2008, the main focus of study was her own practice.

After taking part in many retreats for meditation in Europe and India, tried different styles of yoga and becoming a certified teacher of vinyasa flow yoga, Snezana realized that there is nothing more beautiful than the daily yoga practice and stay in the "here and now", free from the dictates of the mind. This is what she wants to share with other families and motivate all parents in regular practice.

Anastasia started her yoga practice in Moscow more than 10 years ago, and since then Yoga became a big part of her life: a beautiful journey to Self-realisation as well as a practice of consciousness and awareness in daily life.

She participated in workshops and practiced with great teachers such as Lino Miele, David Swenson (Ashtanga yoga), Patric Broom (Jivamukti yoga), and finally done her teacher training with Henning and Eva Moog (Vinyasa yoga, Berlin).

Anastasia builds her sequences according to upward energy flow in the body, from feet to head, preparing to meditation. It’s a powerful, challenging and uplifting practice, inspired by Ashtanga vinyasa and Jivamukti yoga styles.

Language of retreat: english primary, with an option of german, russian and italian translation.
