This exclusive boutique residence set in the mystical mountains of Montego bay Jamaica WI is the beginning of the most exciting/peaceful places to recharge, replenish inner system and immerse yourself in surroundings that allows your troubles to float away and the body to rebuild. Take time time out to unwind, improve your balance, flexibility and re-establish your body-mind connection.

Join Charlie for 10 days of total relaxation, restoration and immersion into your yoga practice. A time and place which encourages you to switch off from the outside world and explore your inner world. The retreat is hosted in a lovely paradise created by the boutique resort Milbrooks on Montego Bay.

On this all levels retreat we will explore the depths of yoga through a grounded practice of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

This is a time to nourish and cleanse yourself inside and out, mentally and physically by charging yourself with freshly prepared organic Vegetarian food sourced locally, all to add to the complete detox experience for the body, mind an soul.

A daily schedule of morning meditation and pranayama will be followed by a progressive, dynamic (Yang) Asana practice to get the blood flowing. Towards the end of the day, we slow things down with a Yin restorative Asana practice followed by meditation/yoga nidra.

The focus of the retreat is to encourage a sense of 'being' rather than 'doing', there will be plenty of time and space for you to explore yourself and 'just be', 'bringing into balance and being in balance'.
