Sensit Yoga Retreat is a unique experience of reaching new depths of awareness through a conscious yoga and movement practice. Surrounded by a mesmerizing natural environment and feeling our body on a deeper level, we start to feel truly at home with ourselves.

The program consists of twice daily practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. Each session guides us into the exploration of our inner landscapes - muscles, bones, fascia, organs and other. And yet we are continuously experiencing how every single part of the body is weaved into a greater whole.
Moving sometimes slowly, other times dynamically, we always make sure that we move from the inner body, with presence and awareness. We become conscious of the support coming from our relationship to gravity and different connections of our inner spaces and structures. This gives us an optimally supported inner alignment, that can express itself in the outer motion and yoga postures.
Interoceptive practice brings forth a calm and clear mind. We become able to recognize the places within us that store the unnecessary tension. We learn how to release this tension by directing our attention and breath, by initiating movement from certain areas, and by working with gravity in particular ways. When the energy that used to be invested in holding the accumulated tension gets released, the result is an energized, joyful and effortless way of moving and being.
