We invite you to the healing body, mind and soul retreat in Adriatic Croatia. 7 days on the island of Vis, during which with the help of trained teachers and lecturers you will get your body and mind into harmony. The week will be also filled with the spectacular views and tours of the Vis island as well as discovery and exploration of the local culture, nature and history.

Adriatic yoga retreat on the island of Vis, Croatia
One week spiritual retreat which can be a start point to self-transformation. Participants will be taught to discipline mind and body through self-observation in action. Yoga, meditation, art classes, nutrition improvement and spiritual trips are just few activities we have to offer. Our aim is to concentrate on eradication of mental impurities and achieve higher happiness. The group of just 8 to 11 people will be encouraged to open up to each other and most importantly to themselves. Our retreat is a short training which will help you to get started to walk on spiritual path and you can get back to usual lifestyle with new skills and ways to deal with every day challenges.
“Croatia yoga retreat” package includes:
- Transfer from/to the Split port to/from the island of Vis
- Transfer from/to the port of Vis to/from the Villa
- Ferry tickets
- 7 nights in the island villa
- Healthy vegetarian, vegan and raw food meals 3 times per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

▶ Healthy vegetarian, vegan and raw food meals 3 times per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
We will provide three big vegetarian meals per day:
- Self service breakfast with fresh juices, coffee, tea, yoghurt, jam, honey, milk, fruit, vegetables, cereal etc
- Lunch and dinner with warm meals cooked in the villa
- Fruit, herbal tea and healthy evening snacks for evening sessions
▶ Guidance of the retreat leader
Your retreat leader will be available 24/7, so any questions that arise or issues that occur can be addressed to her. Because of the physical, emotional and mental body tissue cleanse, you might have to face your deep rooted conditioning. Don't get scared and don't hesitate to ask for help.
▶ 2 Daily meditation sessions
Early morning regular meditation sessions will restore primal natural daily rhythm. By concentrating on your natural breath you will observe different reality - more peaceful and harmonious approach. You'll be able to control your negative automatic reactions and take responsibility for your choices. This conscious observation will help you to remain calm and balanced in challenging life situations.
▶ 2 Daily yoga sessions – morning and evening
You will able to attend morning yoga classes every day. While strengthening physical body, your mind will be balanced simultaneously. Professional yoga teacher will be available to assist you. Please make most of an opportunity to loosen your mind and body. We’re teaching hatha/raja and vinyasa yoga.
▶ 2 art (painting) therapy sessions
Do we hear you saying that you have no idea how to draw? Don't worry - these art sessions will be different than those that you experienced at school. Our focus will be on non- judgmental creative flow, we'll be expressing various trapped emotions and will be healing our inner child from childhood trauma. Drawn colors, patterns and shapes will explain each individual's wishes, expectations and fears. Be ready to explore your inner world rainbow.
▶ Tea time and reflections each evening
Our schedule is designed in a way that every day is a new experience but at the same time threads from a previous day. We dedicate all evenings for a tea time, balancing music, bonfire, so you can discuss and reflect on the experience that you had throughout the day. Feel free to bring up your own ideas for the evening entertainment, but be aware that 11pm is rest and complete silence time.
▶ Daily trips and tours around the island: meditation and yoga on the beach, exploration walks in the nature, visits to the Vis and Komiza towns, sightseeing points.

We are trying to give as much info about retreat as possible, but we'll leave few things in secret so you can experience the joy of surprise. You can feel the vibe of retreat from the program envelope provided. Other lectures are up to organizers to alter/change.
