Yoga Summer Intensive Week
5 mornings of yoga, learning more about Asana, Pranayama, Relaxation, Meditation and Philosophy. All are welcome, beginners or those that would like to deepen their practice.
Type of Event
Mon-Fri 8.30-10.30 everyday
You can do the full week or select specific days.
£20 per day, if you'd like to choose specific days.
1 hour Asana
15 minutes of pranayama
15 minutes of relaxation / meditation
All followed by a juice and light breakfast.
