Yoga Supper with Cat-Alip-Douglas
Cat Alip-Douglas hosts a Yoga Supper in the Bingham's beautiful riverside Garden Rooms, a special event for experienced yogis or those just beginning to explore yoga to enjoy an inspiring class, and commune over delicous food.

From the fashion floors of Condé Nast in New York to the wooden floors of Jivamukti Yoga in London, cat has officially traded in her Manolo Blahniks for a more 'grounded' approach to bare feet.
cat hails from New York City and has been calling London home since early 2004. She is privileged and blessed to have been involved with Jivamukti Yoga London since its inception in 2005 and continues to serve currently in the roles of Advanced Certified Teacher, and Co-Director alongside her husband Phil and mentor for the 800-hour certification/apprenticeship program.

A 2 hour yoga class including meditation will be followed by a delicious 3 course vegan supper.

10% of ticket sales will be donated to the Africa Yoga Project, a charity operating in Kenya which is dedicated to delivering all that yoga has to offer to the diverse communities of East Africa while at the same time providing opportunities for memebrs of the global yoga community to participate and contribute, for mutual personal growth and development.
Some mats and equipement are provided but you are welcome also to bring your own. All abilities are welcome.
