YOGA & TAO - HIMALAYAN JOURNEY

Our intention is to expand the idea of yoga as physical exercises, and bring the yogic attitude and the awareness to every aspect of our journey, so yoga becomes the way of life. The aim is to develop a spontaneity, a joy and a strong inner core so we'll be able to face every challenge of life with detachement, equanimity and gratitude.
