Yoga teacher training
The goal of the teacher training is a personal development through an in-depth and comprehensive guide to yoga and meditation. You will develop a clear mind, a robust personality and a solidly trained knowledge which will be a secure foundation for teaching yoga.

"First you learn yoga, then you teach yoga, finally you live yoga"
The whole training lasts from 3 to 4 years and consists of:
at least one 10-day Yoga & Meditation Retreat
five 10-day yoga teacher courses, YL I - V
one Prana Vidya Retreat and one Kriya Yoga Retreat
one 10-day Yoga & Meditation Retreat as a yoga teacher trainee
The different subjects are:
Anatomy and Physiology
Prana - perception of energy in the form of chakras, nadis and koshas
Yoga therapy in relation to the most common diseases
Psychology - the connection between mind and body, seen from the perspective of yoga and western psychology
Yoga philosophy seen through the scriptures Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Yoga Sutras Sanskrit - relevant Sanskrit words for yoga and philosophy
Yoga's history and various branches
- and a vast amount of Satyananda Yoga techniques from Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras and Bandhas, Hatha Yoga Kriyas to Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
The requirement for beginning the yoga teacher training is your desire to live your life with yoga. Before you begin the training, we recommend that you have participated in one of our 10-day Yoga & Meditation Retreats.
