WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is not only for those wanting to share their knowledge of Yoga through teaching but also Yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their own personal practice.
TEACHING METHOD & SCHEDULE
The course is offered in a traditional gurukula teaching system with students living and studying together in the ashram together with the teachers. It is offered in in 2 modules of 14 days each over 2 years, providing time for self practice and study between the modules.
