We are welcoming yoga enthusiasts from across the globe to the 200 hour yoga teacher training program in the pristine Himalayan town of Pokhara, Nepal this September. The course will cover an extensive syllabus of yogasanas, meditation techniques and mantras, yoga philosophy and history and other relevant topics. Hatha and Ashtanga teachings will form the main corpus of training, aiming to go beyond theoretical understanding into the depths of the concepts and their application in lived reality.
