Students, will learn to do self practice, modification of Postures for bigginers, old people and for pregnent women. Assisting, correcting and adjust and teaching yoga classes.
Students will learn; Anatomy, Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda intodution, Asanas (Postures), Pranayama(yogic breathing techniques), Meditation etc.

Starting date is 5th June 2015. course last 4 months as we do two classes a week, every Fridays from 1:30 to 4:30pm and on Saturdays 1:30 to 6:30pm.

Acceptance criteria for the course: Required experience of 60 yoga classes or yoga experience of at least six months, or to know entire series of Ashtanga by heart. filling out a questionnaire and personal interview with Aryan.
Content and number of hours: Total hours of study 200 hours
Asana (postures): Ashtanga Vinyasa – breathing and movement coordination, guidelines for learning facilitators, Yoga correct and safe practice, practice guidelines, use of aids (Props) different positions; studying yoga for beginners and introduction to partly teaching yoga to special populations such as the elderly and pregnant women; indication and contraindications to avoiding injuries and damages.
Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques): Introduction on Pranayama and three bodies – the physical body, the astral body, and the causal body. Practice of different variations, benefits, indication and contraindication.
Meditation: Different techniques of meditation will be taught on progressive level
Practical study: Observing, assisting and teaching in the course.
Cleansing techniques (kriyas): Jala Neti and Kunjal (Optional)
Chanting and Karma Yoga.
Ayurveda: Introduction to Ayurveda and traditional Indian medicine, basic diagnostics of three doshas, Ayurvedic Diet, Ayurveda and Yoga – 10 hours with Galia Azran
Anatomy and physiology of the human body: Basic concepts of anatomy, various body systems; Traffic System – Skeletal muscle nerve; types of joints, bones main body; Introducing a muscle and issues yogic related muscle system and dynamic; nervous system and issues neural yoga practice: the importance of greetings sun, commoner damage, SSE and the importance of breathing SW breathing and its effect on the nervous system while practicing yoga, SW cardiovascular (10 hours with Ma’ayan Rivkes-Spectorman)
Philosophy: Introduction to Philosophy and Tradition in India, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – With Aryan vedh
Getting a yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance International contingent in the presence of 90% from the rates and submitting reports and papers, daily practice, viewing and Assisting rates and transfer yoga course and all students in classes open to the community studio “Or HaYoga.”
