Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200)
The Moksha Academy of Yoga (RYS200) provides the Nationally Recognised and Internationally Accredited RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training Course, Accredited through Yoga Alliance.
We provide a thorough, practical, comprehensive, holistic, integrative and in-depth Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Course that honors the ancient practices and traditions of Yoga yet blends with a modern western focus.
Our goal is to ensure that we provide a consistently high academic standard of learning and experience within the field of Yoga studies as a way to contribute to the health and wellbeing of all students and teachers alike.
This course is designed for the serious, dedicated Yoga student who has a passion for the teachings and practices of Yoga with a desire to share this with others. The YTT course integrates an applied and practical approach to the following key areas:-
Teaching Techniques & Practices
Applied Gross Anatomy
Applied Systemic Physiology
Subtle Energy Anatomy
Yoga Philosophy & Psychology
Yoga Research Studies
Practicum – Practical ‘hands on’ Teaching Experience
We believe that a thorough understanding of the above key areas is imperative to the modern Yogi, deliberately intended for these ancient teachings and traditions to be delivered to the modern world. This approach provides our Graduates with the opportunity of entering the world of Yoga Teaching harnessed with confidence and a wealth of knowledge in order to provide a high standard of teaching to prospective students.

We provide flexible learning options so you can choose the course stream that works best for you. Yoga Teacher Trainees are able to undertake the RYT200 Course over 6 OR 12 months and lectures are held on:-
Wednesdays from 10am-3pm
Thursdays from 5-10pm
Saturdays from 12-5pm
