The Ananda Sanga YTT programme guarantees to make yoga teaching simple, easy to apply and produce well-educated teachers in all aspects of yoga, to get the best results and benefits. We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance South Africa.

This is the first level in your career as a Yoga Teacher. After completion, you are eligible to register with international yoga associations Yoga Alliance International and teach worldwide as a qualified Yoga Teacher (Level 1). Why Study with Us?

"Yoga is an art as well as a science. It is a science because it offers practical methods for controlling the body and mind, thereby making deep meditation possible. And it is an art, for unless it is practiced intuitively and sensitively, it will yield only superficial results."
Paramahansa Yogananda
