Full Description

Anatomy and Physiology:
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee students will learn about the human body, including its internal organs and inner systems like digestive, circulatory, endocrine, etc. We study the body functions as well as common diseases.

Yogic Principals and Terminology:
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee students will learn how Yogic principles help to treat physical and mental diseases, and study the importance of Ashtanga Yoga, Yogicdiet, Structural Yogic practice and the science of Shatchakra.

Yoga Therapy:
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee students will learn Surya Namaskar, Asana, Mantra, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha-Kriya and Meditation. We give a detailed guidance on how to practice, and work with unhealthy persons to improve their Ayurveda Therapy Classes, Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh Yoga Ayurveda Therapy Classes, Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh Yoga Ayurveda Therapy Classes, Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh
Ayurvedic Principles and Terminology:

Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee will learn about three types of body constitutions "Doshas": Vata, Pitta and Kapha. We use descriptions of characters for each Dosha (physical, psychological and behavioristic diagnosis). Also students learn and practice to make analysis of each Dosha by themselves. Students learn which kind of food can help to balance their Dosha type.

Ayurveda Practice:
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee students will learn Yoga practice according to their Dosha types and Ayurvedic herbs for yoga practitioners according to their physical function.

Ayurveda Therapy Courses:
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda trainee students will learn how to correct imbalanced Dosha using Ayurvedic herbs and Ayurvedic medicine. We introduce more than 20 different types of Ayurvedic herbs and plants.

Ayurveda Therapy Classes:
Students learn more than 20 common diseases and their Yogic-Ayurvedic treatments.
