The moon is a powerful and undeniable force in our lives.
Its gravitational pull leaves no earthly body of water unaffected, entire oceans rise and shift to its energy. Just like the oceans, the moon has a profound effect on us, our energies shift and change according to her position in the skies.
Interestingly we can start to use the moon and her phases to learn more about supporting ourselves. By integrating key physical, emotional and spiritual practices through the month, we can help positively shift our overall state of wellbeing.
As females we are cyclical, we have a pattern that is compelled to move with the moon. It is no wonder somedays we just don’t feel it and somedays we are invincible. Learn how to follow, support and get the most out of your key abilities in each phase. Its time to let go of the feeling of pushing up hill everyday that has been sending you into depletion. When we fully embrace the power of our cycle we are able to feel more energised and empowered as the divine female beings that we are.
