Are you looking to make a change in your body or in your life, but keep getting stuck? Are you dealing with anxiety and/or depression, or the same reoccurring injuries and would like some tools or yogic interventions that you can practice to help you make positive changes?

In this workshop we will explore our samskara’s (patterns of behavior or movement), how we can get stuck emotionally and physically, and how we can begin to upgrade our samskara’s for healthier more productive patterns.

Learn tools that you can incorporate into your life and into your yoga practice to enhance mindful change.
This workshop includes a 90 min practice to incorporate and experiment with new concepts. All levels welcome.

cindy_boulterCindy Boulter, BSc., Yoga Therapeutics
Cindy has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has been teaching Yoga since 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and has studied extensively with numerous teachers, most recently completing Integrative Yoga Therapeutics and she continues to train in this field with her mentor Dr. Bo Forbes. Cindy’s seminars and workshops on making the most of life through communication, yoga and fitness have been presented throughout Canada, the US and Japan, and she has appeared in numerous Fitness Videos. Cindy teaches a challenging class infused with a sense of humor, warmth and self-compassion.
