All women knows how much emotion and pain can bring time of period (menstruation).
But it’s not a problem.
Yoga can be practice anytime.
What to do and what not to do, what to eat and what not to eat, where to be and with whom to be.
For men it will be also very beneficial to balance male and female emerge, open the hip joint, release pain in the spine.
