Yoga Therapy for Better Sleep (8-week series)
There are many different reasons we cannot fall asleep or stay asleep. Whatever your reasons are, this series will focus specifically on creating conditions to digest the day and reduce stress/anxiety in the body and mind that might be preventing a night of more restful sleep.

Classes meet Sunday evenings from 6-7:30 pm (no class Oct 20th)
This 8-week series will build your skills in mindfulness practices to create better sleep conditions in your body, mind, and environment.
Prior to the first class, all participants will be asked to fill out an intake form. This will help the instructor personalize the practices to suit each individual. Every class will include a brief check-in, breathing techniques, gentle movements, guided meditation, and simple chanting. Classes will build on each other so as to grow the participant's knowledge and understanding of these techniques with the goal of creating a customized home practice.
Each week will also include a short Ayurveda lesson with diet/lifestyle tips that can help create better sleep conditions.
