Yoga Therapy for Neck, Shoulders and Back
In this fun and informative 2 hour workshop, we’ll explore basic anatomy and biomechanics of the neck, upper back, and shoulders, through Yoga Therapy. If you struggle with a tight neck and upper back, have shoulder weakness or injury, or have a desire to gain strength and mobility in your upper body, this workshop is for you!

In this initial workshop, we’ll explore the basic anatomy and biomechanics of the neck, upper back, and shoulders. Learning the strengths and weaknesses within your own body allows you to tailor your yoga practice, specifically, to improve your yoga postures, and, to regain optimal and efficient movement. Get ready to play with Swiss Balls and Thera-bands!
I’ll be holding the 2nd and 3rd portions of the series, on February 20th, (Yoga Therapy for Core!) and March 19th, (Yoga Therapy for Hips and Legs).
Each workshop is 2 hours long, from 2:30-4:30pm, includes a handout and costs $30.
