Yoga Therapy for Neck, Shoulders and Back

If you have a tight neck and upper back, shoulder weakness or injury, or, simply want to gain strength and mobility in your upper body, this workshop is for you!

We’ll explore the basic anatomy and biomechanics of the neck, upper back, and shoulders. Learning the strengths and weaknesses within your own body allows you to tailor your yoga practice, specifically, to improve your yoga postures, and, to regain optimal and efficient movement. Get ready to play with Swiss Balls and Thera-bands!

If you have a tight neck and upper back, shoulder weakness or injury, or, simply want to gain strength and mobility in your upper body, this workshop is for you! If you missed the previous round of Yoga Therapy workshops, over this last summer, now’s your chance! Don't miss out!

In this initial workshop, we’ll explore the basic anatomy and biomechanics of the neck, upper back, and shoulders. Learning the strengths and weaknesses within your own body allows you to tailor your yoga practice, specifically, to improve your yoga postures, and, to regain optimal and efficient movement. I’ll be holding the 2nd and 3rd portions of the series, on February 21st, (Yoga Therapy for Core!) and March 21st, (Yoga Therapy for Hips and Legs).
