This course uses a mix of yoga movements and postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy which combine to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
You will learn quick techniques to calm your body and mind in stressful situations, and also postures and movements that you can practise at home and that will work over several weeks to increase feelings of peace and well-being.
