Friday 5:00pm-9:30pm (one 30 minute break for eating)
Saturdays from 10:45am-6pm
Sundays 8:30am-3:30pm (one 30 minute break for lunch)

OPTION 1: Early Payment Tuition Plan ($1995)
$500 due within 10 days of acceptance into program
$2495 due 30 days PRIOR to first weekend module
OPTION 2: Base Tuition Plan ($3200)
$500 due within 10 days of acceptance into program
$2700 due on or before first day of training
OPTION 3: Extended Payment Tuition Plan ($3495)
$500 due within 10 days of acceptance into program
$333 due on or before the start of each weekend module (9 payments) only through pre-authorized credit card or bank account auto drafts.

Full Description

Black Mountain Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School RYS200 with our Teacher Training curriculum exceeding their requirements for 200-hour registration including:

150 hours of Techniques: Hatha and Therapeutic, pranayama, meditation.
25 hours of Teaching Methods and Practicum including demonstration, hands-on assistance, teaching and learning styles.
35 hours of Anatomy and Physiology.
50 hours of Philosophy, Psychology, Ethics, Ayurveda, and Yogic Lifestyle.
40 hours in Clinicals for Yoga Therapy, Observing others teach and giving Feedback, Assisting students, Preparing a yoga class and Teaching that class.

Black Mountain Yoga Yoga Therapy & Teacher Training, its Director, and primary faculty are all members of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and abide by its philosophy and tenets

Program Details

The program consists of 9 required weekend Training Modules and an additional 50 hours of non-classroom coursework including assigned outside study, journaling, written assignments, group study, and auditing yoga classes.
