Full Description

This course is designed for anyone experiencing periodic or chronic soreness, aches, pains and discomfort. If you are experiencing soreness or pain for any reason – from surgery or injury, an inactive lifestyle, have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, or other dis-eases of pain and inflammation, or if you are an athlete seeking to give a boost to your training and recovery – this is for you.

We will use yoga postures,stretches, restorative exercises, breathing, self massage with balls of various sizes, strengthening exercises and deep relaxation to unwind chronic tension patterns. This full course aims to free up the tissues of the body to experience optimal function and reduce stress, experience quicker recovery and overall ease and well-being.
