A class aimed at helping you get relief from symptoms of stress and anxiety with senior Iyengar teacher Kirsten.
The centre is fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything except yourself! You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
The group size will be kept small so early booking is advised.
