Yoga to the Rescue: Neck and Shoulders
This workshop is designed to release tightness in the neck and shoulders and remind you of how much freedom you are supposed to feel in this area! Done correctly, yoga poses can alleviate pain in the shoulders and neck and help to prevent headaches.

We are so used to living with upper body tension that it almost feels “normal” to be stiff and tense in this area. Tight neck and shoulders can lead to headaches, stiffness and mental fatigue … yoga to the rescue! Counteract these effects and build more awareness of your neck and shoulders.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to release tightness in the neck and shoulders so that you can experience freedom and spaciousness.
Think of the shoulders as “the wings of the heart”. When we explore various yoga techniques, we can create more freedom in the shoulders, resulting in an energetic and joyful opening in the heart center. Come and join us!
All levels welcome, however this workshop is not suitable for those with chronic shoulder injuries.
