Through gentle asana, restorative postures, pranayama, meditation, psoas work and sharing (with respect for the individual needs) we will practice tools to manage Stress and Anxiety in a 'sustainable' way. A beautiful practice to connect to yourself and to heal, in a safe environment.

The workshop runs from 1.30 - 4pm. No Yoga experience required, all welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing.

We all deal with Stress or Anxiety at some stage. You might be going through a major life change, be overwhelmed with work or family, or worry for no particular reason. Perhaps you feel pretty balanced and would like to keep it that way.
Whatever the nature of the imbalance is, these practices for prevention and self-healing are extremely valuable and will set you up for your own personal practice. The workshop is all about supporting you to manage stress in a sustainable way. And to get your breath !
