Full Description

For advanced students, teachers & yoga therapists

-Understand the principles of precise, individualized postural alignment (Foundations of Alignment) for each body region; restoring ease to one’s practice and preventing injury from faulty bio-mechanics

-Learn precise, clear, verbal cues to support an alignment-based practice

-Master alignment-based adjustments; which restore function, cultivate prana, and deepen each student’s experience in most common yoga poses

This weekend will focus on Forward Folds, Back Bends & Restorative Postures.

(Learn Seated, Twisted & Inverted Postures Sat & Sun, September 24&25)
