Full Description

Recover from the physical demands of daily life! During this two-hour workshop, learn simple and effective poses and exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your spine, as well as open up stiff areas, including the hips and thoracic spine.

We will also use Tune Up® Therapy Balls and learn easy self-massage techniques that will instantly roll out tension, reduce and/or eliminate pain, prevent injuries, and augment whatever movement practice you most enjoy. Reach every ache and give your body the massage it deserves -- every single day!

No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels welcome!

Emilie Mikulla has been teaching movement since 2007 in Thailand, South Africa, Dubai and San Francisco. She trained with Jill Miller of Yoga Tune Up and Harvey Deutch of RedHawk Physical Therapy in San Francisco.
Emilie is an RYT500 with Yoga Tree San Francisco and a PhysicalMind Institute certified Pilates Apparatus and Mat Instructor.
