Idyllic and quiet, surrounded by cork oaks and eucalyptus trees, the small and tastefully furnished guesthouse is located at about 500 m altitude at Foia, the highest mountain in Algarve (902 m). The view of the Atlantic Ocean just 25 km away, takes our breath away. A sense of freedom comes on. Take a deep breath.

The town of Monchique is located three kilometers from the Vilafoia away, 23 km north of Portimão. A good road leads to the mountain range Serra de Monchique located high in the 485 m site. The ridge is very green, more than 1,000 plant species grow in the area, which is also called "Garden of the Algarve". In addition to colorful blooming flowers and bushes on the roadside the slopes with eucalyptus and chestnut trees, cork oaks, pines and mimosas are covered.

For your well-being in the Vilafoia the heated pool, sunbathing lawn, flower gardens, lounge with magazine and book corner and open fireplace provide. The yoga classes are suitable for all , beginners are welcome. The exercises are adapted to the progress of the group. Every day, we dedicate ourselves to selected topics from the mental training. During the day there is sufficient time for relaxing, walking and sunbathing; or topics to deepen in the upcoming (life). Yoga mats are available on site, study materials are provided. Please bring only a small book for personal notes.
