DAILY YOGA PRACTICE IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON:
Holding postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), relaxation, each practice lasting about 2 hours.
During the exercises it is explained the benefits & contraindications associated with each Chakra, to facilitate the continuation of the practice at home.
