Tamsin offers a yoga practice that is designed to take you into a deeper understanding with your true self connecting and balancing the mind and body with ease. A powerful class that begins with the practice of pranayama and meditation leading into a gentle flowing asana practice, resulting in being left restored and relaxed. She first discovered yoga in her early twenties with Sivananda in London and instantly loved the way it made her feel. She has practiced varying styles of yoga, yet returned to where she began and took her 200 hours teaching course with Sivananda in the Himalayas. After, she spent time working and living in ashrams in France and India to deepen her knowledge of yoga, teach and work as a Karma Yogi, practicing selfless service.
Healthy vegetarian meals are provided using locally sourced, organic produce. Dishes are a combination of Anglo, Indian and French flavours. You can expect a seasonal menu, starting your day with a hearty breakfast. Main meals include wholesome soups, dahls, Asian slaws, a variety of salads, layered root bakes, curries with homemade chutney’s and chipati’s, roasted caramelized fennel with goats cheese, aubergine parmigiano and many more….. with something sweet for afters. Meal times follow Ayurvedic principles for digestion and improved sleep. With brunch and the main meal late afternoon, followed by a light snack late evening.
