This workshop is open to all levels the first Saturday each month from 2-3:30pm. During the 90 minute session, Cat will guide you through the basics of safety precautions, standing poses, inversions for spinal traction, and more. You will gain confidence and learn the wide variety of uses the Wall has to help you strengthen and lengthen out in new ways. Come "learn the ropes" of yoga on the Great Wall with Cat!
