This February we are organizing a retreat in my Ayurveda teacher’s retreat center in Tulum – Mexico. I wanted to share this retreat with you, with many of you we have practiced yoga together in Kalkan and Kaş. I am sharing this event with you hopefully you can create a time and join us this winter in the very best season of Tulum.

* As you may see, we will stay in a boutique place and we have limited places please once you decide contact with me and please make your reservation by half of the payment until 25th of October 2019.
What is included to the prices:
-6 nights of stay
-vegetarian breakfast everyday
-mornings & afternoons of yoga classes (arrival day afternoon yoga-stretching class for travel stiffness)
-1 full day cultural tour to Pyramids and Mayan ruins, cenotes with sunrise meditation and yoga
-daily 1 hour workshops during the day (basic massage teaching workshops, aromatic oils introduction, expressive art with colors related with the meditation and yoga classes, ayurveda workshops -tridoshic remedies, foods and tea recipes for your dosha/body type, learn which yoga poses are suitable for your body type/dosha)
*12th February: Welcome and info about the place, our Schedule introduction, some welcome brunch and afternoon yoga class, visit to beach
*1 full day there will be the cultural tour, morning yoga-meditation session at pyramids.
07.30-09.00 am meditation-breathing-yoga sessions (some of them combined with expressive art sessions. Each day we will have a special concept to work on that day, program will be shared with the attending students)
09-10.00 am Breakfast
10-10.30 am Free time
10.30-11.30 am daily workshops (about giving basic massage to each other, ayurvedic remedies for our health) times can be flexible due to students. Program will be announced to you soon.
11.30-17.30 pm Free time
17.30-19.00pm Yoga Class (at the villa shala or beach)
