Join us for a Meet & Greet on January 15th 6:30pm. Participants have access to 2 weekly yoga classes (times vary) plus a Saturday afternoon (12:00pm) nutrition seminar for 6 weeks.
Yoga classes begin on January 19th and the 1st nutrition seminar is January 23rd.
Early Bird Registration gets $40 off the total price. Early bird pricing ends 1/2/16.
Access to 2 yoga classes a week plus a weekly nutrition focused seminar on Saturday for 6 weeks. Topics covered will be meal planning, mindfulness, and weight loss nutrition.
Choose between calorie torching vinyasa flow, or calming restorative yoga. All levels are welcome and encouraged. No prior yoga experience needed.
