The workshop is themed around the Air Element.
Expressing lightness and movement, the Air element represents the ability to move freely, lightly and effortlessly and is embodied in the breath, putting us in touch with the flow of prana.

The 3 hour workshop includes:
An introduction on the 5 pranas vayus and how they govern different areas of the body and different physical and subtle activities.
A well-balanced asana practice which utilize a range of poses to awaken and direct these five vayus.
Air element is associated to the heart Chakra.
We will include Heart opening poses, mantra practice, pranayama, relaxation and meditation.
