10 week course to help improve your mental and physical health and wellbeing
Type of Event
Gentle (is stronger) yoga accessible to all and a deep immersion. Each week there is take home material, points for you to reflect on and online videos also to support and encourage your home practice.
Mat or chair based and full options given to all.
