Monday 5:30 PM- 9:30 PM

Wednesday 5:30 PM- 9:30 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM

Every Other Sunday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM Cost:

Early Registration: $2,000 if paid in full by August 15th Regular Registration: $2,250 if paid in full

Techniques, Training and Practice: 100 hours Teaching Methodology: 25 hours Anatomy and Physiology: 20 hours Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers: 30 hours Practicum: 10 hours
YOGALUX Teacher Training Instructor: Aubrey Hackman, E-RYT

Aubrey Hackman is a certified yoga instructor and founder of the Telluride Yoga Festival. With a strong devotion to the practice of yoga, Aubrey has made it her life’s work to find authentic teachers and to bring that quality of instruction to others whether through her teaching or yoga festivals. She’s motivated by altruist yoga practices and dedicates her work to making yoga available to all levels. She has studied various forms of yoga including ashtanga, jivamukti, therapeutic and iyengar.
